We’re seeking a dynamic Consulting Director to support the Head of Consulting Australia in growing the market and enhancing Datacom’s position as a strong consulting‑led technology partner. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong consulting background, commercial acumen, and a passion for shaping opportunities and framing up to work with high‑performing cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead complex client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains. Shape and drive presales activities, including solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations. Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions and win strategies. Build and scale consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends. Support the Head of Consulting Australia in executing growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and expanding client relationships. Champion Datacom’s consulting‑led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in consulting leadership, with a track record of delivering high‑impact outcomes. Strong presales capability, including experience in shaping deals, influencing stakeholders, and driving early‑stage client engagement. A growth mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and scale offerings. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. 10+ years of experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable. Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
