About the opportunity: Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements, ensure the best possible customer service experience. Act as the first point of contact, you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner Liaising with the workshop and parts departments Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets Ensuring the customers are given the best possible customer service experience Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills Sound Automotive technical knowledge Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential Punctual and reliable Be able to work in a team environment This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values growth, contribution, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career.
