About the Role The Policy and Programs Officer in the Energy Security Safeguard Policy Team is an exciting opportunity to help deliver a more reliable, affordable and sustainable energy system in NSW. This critical role involves managing the development, implementation, monitoring, improvement and evaluation of key policy settings, providing policy advice, research and analysis to key stakeholders, and developing and implementing policy reforms. Participate in meetings and deliver presentations to a range of audiences. About You To be successful you will have experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation, a strong understanding of the machinery of government and the policy process, and the ability to achieve assigned objectives within a high‑volume, evolving work environment. You should be confident in supporting complex and sensitive consultations with diverse stakeholders. Experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation.
