About the Role We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Leader to join our team during an exciting period of growth. This pivotal role will lead initiatives across recruitment and onboarding, team engagement, compliance, and workforce development, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the DYFA Group’s Vision, Mission, Points of Culture, and growth aspirations. You will work closely with leadership and operational teams to create integrated systems and processes that support a high performing, engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce lifecycle processes. Lead and drive team engagement and culture-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and WHS Guidelines. Support leadership development and personal growth programs. Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing culture. Develop and execute People and Culture strategies in collaboration with sector leaders. Manage performance reviews, performance management, and change initiatives. Manage team performance and team development plans including apprentice training. Continual development and improvement of the HRIS. WorkCover Claim Management and Incident Reporting Management.
