Magpies Sporting Club is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our HR team and deliver exceptional outcomes across the full employee lifecycle. About the Role As the People & Culture Manager, you will lead our HR team and deliver exceptional outcomes across the full employee lifecycle. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Manage employment documentation, compliance, and HR policies. Lead psychosocial safety and wellbeing programs. Ensure compliance with WHS, Fair Work, AML/CTF, and Fire Safety obligations. Provide HR reporting and insights to senior leadership and board. Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with our values. You will lead a small HR team and work closely with managers to support effective people management and organisational development. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management. Proven HR experience in a similar environment. Strong knowledge of HR legislation. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Tech‑savvy with HR systems (Humanforce, LMS). Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results. Why Join Us?
