Job Description About the Role As Store Business Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall performance of your store—delivering an exceptional customer experience, building a high‑performing team, and driving sales and profitability. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum) A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operations A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountability Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail What You’ll Enjoy At M.J.
