Why We Have This Role We’re looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales efforts within the Public Sector across Australia and New Zealand. From prospecting to closing, you will drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent client outcomes in Sydney across government agencies and public organisations. How You’ll Find Success Proven success selling SaaS solutions into the public sector or complex enterprise environments Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in government and related organisations Experience leading and closing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients Strong pipeline management and lead generation expertise across multiple channels Consistently exceed sales quotas by tailoring value propositions to client needs Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey product benefits and competitive differentiation Collaborative approach working alongside marketing, product, and services teams How You’ll Grow Become a trusted strategic partner for government clients, influencing digital transformation initiatives Shape the future of public sector experience management and technology adoption in ANZ Access ongoing learning and development programs to sharpen your sales and industry expertise Opportunities to advance into senior sales leadership positions within a fast‑growing organisation Things You’ll Do Own and drive all sales activities within your territory, managing the pipeline from lead prospecting to deal closure Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by your Sales Director by delivering exceptional client service Build and maintain strong relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision-makers Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to various public sector agencies and departments Develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging sales methodologies to secure and expand business Collaborate closely with marketing teams to run targeted demand generation campaigns and capitalize on event leads Represent Qualtrics at public sector events, conferences, and industry associations to strengthen market presence Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop winning proposals and pricing approaches What We’re Looking For On Your CV 10+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on the public sector Proven track record of quota attainment and managing complex sales cycles end-to-end Strong pipeline development and sales forecasting skills Experience engaging senior government stakeholders and navigating public sector procurement processes Ability to craft strategic account plans and drive cross‑functional execution Growth mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, or a related field is advantageous What You Should Know About This Team Driven and organized sales professionals dedicated to exceeding ambitious targets Supportive, team‑based culture focused on collaboration and shared success High‑impact opportunities to contribute to meaningful change for public sector clients Dynamic work environment promoting career growth and continuous learning A team passionate about leveraging technology to improve outcomes across government and communities Our Team’s Favourite Perks And Benefits Salary + Uncapped Commissions and Accelerators 100% Performance‑based promotions – not politics or tenure Private health insurance – top‑of‑range coverage for medical and extras benefits $2,800 Annual Experience Bonus – spend it on an experience you’ve always wanted Additional 5 days of Experience Leave each year Hybrid working environment – 3 days in office, 2 from home Well‑stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks; catered lunches in our North Sydney office The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day chosen by your leader—while the rest of the week you work wherever you want, balancing collaboration with flexibility.
