Casual Recreation Attendant Location: Crown Towers, Crown Sydney. We are looking for a friendly, energetic team member to help ensure smooth operations of food and beverage service around our two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, tennis court and yoga terrace. The role involves hosting guests, taking orders, serving drinks, providing amenities such as towels and sunscreen, and maintaining a clean, safe and well‑presented environment. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas Supporting the guest and resident experience across all recreation areas Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages in both upper and lower recreation areas Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the property Maintaining a safe, clean and well‑presented environment for guests and other team members Qualifications Experience in a hosting or food‑and‑beverage service related or guest‑facing role Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment Ability to commit to shifts across a 7‑day roster, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm Current RSA or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement Comfortable working in the sun and summer weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi‑task Strong attentiveness and the ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests What We Offer A casual opportunity within a high‑performing team and an iconic luxury brand Complimentary meals at our on‑site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad & sandwich bar, fruit and pastries) Generous discounts across Crown hotels Australia‑wide, as well as our restaurants and bars A tailored uniform that’s washed and laundered free for every shift by our on‑site wardrobe team Opportunities to participate in Crown’s group‑wide recognition and awards program Ability to be an active member and contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees Access to discounts with corporate partners across insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more Please note that pre‑employment checks including working rights and police checks are part of the overall selection and recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
