Recreation Attendants | Full Time | 4 month contract Crown Sydney is the place where extraordinary experiences are possible – and this summer you can be a part of the fun as a full time Recreation Attendant at Crown Towers. Featuring two infinity pools, outdoor spaces, a tennis court and a yoga terrace, this role sees you part of a team that ensures smooth operations of the food & beverage service for our guests and residents, graciously hosting and offering the ultimate pool‑side experiences. You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service moments, enjoy being outdoors and have the ability to work in a busy, fast‑paced and high‑energy environment. We’re looking for people that can commit to a maximum‑term contract, commencing ASAP and finishing at the end of April. You’ll need to be available to commit to 5 shifts per week across a rotating roster, between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. Given the location and outdoor environment, you’ll need to be comfortable working in the sun and summer weather conditions. Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas Supporting with guest and resident experience across all recreation areas Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the property Maintaining a safe, clean and well‑presented environment for guests and other team members Requirements Experience in a hosting or F&B service related or guest‑facing role Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment Ability to commit to 5 shifts across a 7‑day roster, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm A current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement A level of comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi‑task Strong attentiveness and ability to anticipate the needs and desires of our guests What we offer you A full‑time opportunity, working 38 hours per week Opportunity to be part of a high‑performing team within an iconic luxury brand Complimentary meals at our on‑site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad + sandwich bar, fruit and pastries) Generous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and bars A tailored uniform, that’s washed and laundered free for every shift by our on‑site wardrobe team Opportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crown’s group‑wide recognition and awards program Ability to be an active member and contribute to Crown’s community, diversity & inclusion committees Access to discounts with various corporate partners (insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and more) Please note that pre‑employment checks including working rights and police checks are part of the overall selection and recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
