About the Role A part‑time Recreation Attendant at Crown Towers, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food & beverage service and guest experience at the Crown Sydney Pool area and surrounding recreation facilities. You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service moments, enjoy being outdoors, and work in a busy, fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming guests to the Crown Sydney Pool area and cabanas Supporting guest and resident experience across all recreation areas Taking guest orders and serving food and beverages across both upper and lower recreation areas Offering towels, sunscreen and other amenities to guests as required Providing information on the Crown Spa facilities, services and offerings across the property Maintaining a safe, clean and well‑presented environment for guests and other team members Qualifications & Experience Experience in a hosting or F&B service‑related or guest‑facing role Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment Ability to commit to 3 shifts across a 7‑day rotating roster, between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm Current RSA or ability to obtain one prior to commencement Comfort working in the sun and summer weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi‑task Strong attentiveness and an ability to anticipate the needs and desires of guests What We Offer Part‑time opportunity, minimum 16 hours per week Opportunity to be part of a high‑performing team within an iconic luxury brand Complimentary meals at our on‑site staff restaurant (hot foods, salad & sandwich bar, fruit and pastries) Generous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and bars A tailored uniform, washed and laundered free for every shift by our on‑site wardrobe team Recognition and rewards through Crown’s group‑wide program Opportunities to contribute to community, diversity & inclusion committees Discounts with various corporate partners (insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology, and more) Working Conditions Maximum‑term contract, commencing ASAP and finishing at the end of April.
