Overview Join Go1 as a Sales System Developer (Salesforce) and help power the mission to enable companies to achieve the impossible by maximizing the potential of their people. Role Summary Go1 is looking for a Salesforce Developer who will go beyond building solutions, designing, integrating, automating, and scaling GTM workflows to support Sales, CS, and Marketing teams. The role involves working closely with Business Systems Analysts, stakeholders, and product teams to create robust, future‑proof solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, and Flows. Automate GTM workflows to reduce friction for Sales, CS, and Marketing. Build integrations with tools such as NetSuite, HubSpot, and Apollo via Workato or similar. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to design scalable, future‑proof solutions. Configuring and extending Salesforce CPQ (pricing rules, bundles, templates). Maintain clean data flows and thoughtful API integrations across tools. Own the quality of code—debug, refactor, and document. Support data migrations, sandbox testing, and user permissions using Salesforce best practices. Technology Stack Apex: Triggers, Classes, Batch + Scheduled jobs. Flow Builder (and Process Builder for legacy logic). SOQL/SOSL, Custom Metadata, and Custom Settings. Profiles, Roles, and Field‑Level Security. REST‑based APIs & tools like Workato, N8N, MuleSoft. Bonus: experience with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Common Room, or 6sense and knowledge of how they sync with Salesforce for lead tracking and enrichment. Qualifications & Experience 2–3+ years as a hands‑on Salesforce Developer in a SaaS or B2B environment. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required). Platform Developer II and/or CPQ Specialist certifications (nice to have). Benefits Competitive base salary plus annual bonus or commission plan. Employee Stock Option Plan. Public Holiday Swap.
