About the Role As a Project and Product Manager in our Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening supplier partnerships and driving the success of our premium product portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met. Managing a portfolio of supplier relationships and building strong, collaborative partnerships to support the business objectives Project managing the end‑to‑end new product development process, from idea to implementation Discussing and aligning joint business plans between Mayers and our suppliers Supporting our sales team with product and supplier insights Working closely with Operations to review and manage stock levels Identifying and assessing new opportunities in the market to drive growth This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a company that values excellence, collaboration, and a passion for food.
