Project Management: Deputy Project Manager – Maritime Location: North Ryde (Sydney – NSW) and Brisbane Airport (Australia) Employment Type: Full-time, unlimited About Rohde & Schwarz €3 billion global technology leader in test & measurement and integrated communications. 13 000+ employees worldwide Active in 70 countries Expanding Australian footprint and leading delivery of high‑profile projects Core technology offerings: RF test & measurement, military communications (all domains), wireless communications, broadcast & media, air traffic control, cybersecurity and network technology Your Tasks / Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in planning, execution and closure of all project activities Ensure the project has the necessary resources to execute the plan Ensure project risks are appropriately managed, including the development and execution of mitigation plans Plan and progress project opportunities to successful capture Monitor and report project performance, including development of a performance measurement plan Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations Support achievement of cash‑flow plan and maintain project profit margins Provide leadership and project‑management competency to project team members Your Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner Experience delivering technical projects with substantial systems engineering scope within the Australian Defence Industry Australian Defence Security Clearance or eligibility for Defence Security Clearance Requirements & Security Clearance All offers are conditional on the candidate being able to meet Australian NV1 security clearance requirements, which include Australian citizenship and/or permanent residency. Applicants must also meet US State Department requirements to access ITAR‑controlled material.
