Job Description As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled agile team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings while having the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies. This hybrid role requires a balance between hands‑on implementation and effective project coordination to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5‑500 users. Deliver for multiple projects, including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting. Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process. Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines, ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation. Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end‑user training. Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications in collaboration with development teams. Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans, change orders, and closing reports. Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders. Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing potential risks and changes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for project delivery and co‑ordination. Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation. Strong experience with software integration projects. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Relevant project management certifications are a plus but not required. Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus. Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.
