Join FINBOURNE Technology as an Implementation Consultant, a key member of our Client Delivery team based in Australia. This role involves monthly inter‑state travel and requires working across timezones, sometimes with early‑evening meetings in Australia. Key Responsibilities Work alongside clients and our Product and Engineering teams to ensure effective use of LUSID and Luminesce products. Interact regularly with client project teams to support implementation and delivery timelines. Explain the product to clients, craft solutions using LUSID, deliver technical content, perform system configuration and training. Workshop solutions and document requirements to support FINBOURNE’s Product and Engineering teams with feature requests and testing of new functionality. Liaise with Delivery Managers to provide estimates and scope implementation plans. Contribute to client deliverables and documentation. Skills and Experience Experienced Technical Business Analyst or similar, looking to step into a client‑facing, hands‑on delivery role owning the full solution lifecycle. Familiarity with financial investment products and data feeds (e.g., FX forwards, options, futures, bonds, swaps). Comfortable interacting with RESTful, web‑based APIs using tools such as Swagger or Postman. Proficient in data formats such as JSON, CSV, XML.
