Account Executive – Construction Industry Focus (Australia) Location: Brisbane Employment Type: Full-time, WFH, including client facing requirements. Our client, a leading technology provider in the construction sector, is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on winning new business and expanding existing accounts. About the Role You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within a defined list of target accounts. This includes both new logo acquisition and account expansion, working closely with key decision-makers in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively prospect and engage with General Contractors, Owners, and Developers. Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and build strategic expansion plans within existing accounts. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and manage deals through all stages of the sales cycle. Forecasting & CRM: Deliver accurate forecasts and keep all data updated in HubSpot. Networking: Stay ahead of industry trends and attend events to build strong relationships with construction stakeholders. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in new business sales, ideally in technology or SaaS. Proven success managing mid-market to enterprise sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., BANT) and CRM systems. Bonus: Experience engaging with construction stakeholders and an existing network in the Australian construction sector. Why Apply?
