We’re now looking for an Engineering Solutions Specialist to join our high‑performing team in Dandenong and play a key role in delivering innovative, practical solutions for our customers. You’ll be part of our Engineering Solutions Team , providing end‑to‑end temporary works design, project management, installation support, and certification services across our specialist product range — including Shoring, Structural Propping, Water Management, and Water Treatment. Take the next step in your Engineering and Sales career with Coates Field‑based role with company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop Flexible start and finish times Work with industry‑leading temporary works solutions What You’ll Do In this dynamic, field‑based role, you’ll enjoy a mix of technical problem‑solving, relationship‑building, and commercial responsibility: Partner with local and regional sales and operations teams to drive product awareness and technical expertise. Visit customer sites to assess challenges and identify how Coates’ engineered solutions can make their projects safer, smarter, and more efficient. Build strong relationships with civil and construction contractors, designers, and project teams. Champion Coates’ Safety‑First culture, ensuring best practice on every site. What You’ll Bring Experience in technical solution selling within at least one key area — Shoring, Structural Propping, or Water Management. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate technical expertise into customer value. A customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
