About The Role We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with leaders across our Sugar & Renewables business and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across a wide range of roles, from high-volume operational positions to specialist corporate appointments. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, create exceptional candidate experiences, support visa-related requirements, and continuously look for ways to improve how we attract and onboard great people. If you are thinking of relocating, please apply. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and team members, providing feedback. Deliver end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Sugar & Renewables business Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Create engaging job advertisements, run recruitment campaigns and manage talent pipelines Provide visa advice and support, liaising with immigration consultants and ensuring compliance Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting and compliance documentation Act as 2IC to the Talent Acquisition Manager during periods of leave About You Strong recruitment capability across a range of role types Demonstrated experience with end-to-end processes An ability to quickly build confidence and credibility with stakeholders Proficiency with navigating HR systems, reporting and documentation workflows Experience with high volume manufacturing recruitment experience (advantage) A high level of attention to detail Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Sound judgement and professionalism in all interactions Why work for Wilmar We want people who take pride in their work, enjoy building connections, and value opportunities to grow their career in a dynamic, future-focused organisation.
