Real Estate & Property • Facilities Manager • Sydney • Temp Posted: 10/11/2025 $55-$70 p / h Initial 4 week assignment Contractor management and tenant liaison in an A Grade asset Top tier property group employer Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager for a short-term temporary assignment of approximately four weeks (with potential for extension) to support a leading commercial property agency manage this Sydney CBD asset on behalf of its institutional landlord. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in facilities management across premium or A-grade commercial office assets. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with WHS and regulatory standards, and provide continuity across essential building services during a staff transition period. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage daily building operations, maintenance, and contractor performance across commercial assets Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and statutory obligations Oversee scheduled maintenance programs and coordinate reactive works Support environmental and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio Liaise with internal stakeholders and tenants to ensure high service delivery standards Provide timely reporting and support the FM team during the transition period The ideal candidate will have Proven experience managing commercial office assets within the property industry Strong understanding of contractor management and building compliance standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and maintain high standards under pressure Proficiency with FM systems and Microsoft Office If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
