Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals Mencap is seeking a passionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. DRIVER PREFERRED As a Female Support Worker, you will support individuals with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and providing emotional support. What We're Looking For Genuine passion for supporting others Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays Positive and empathetic attitude towards people with learning disabilities Fully flexible to cover early/late shifts, weekends and bank holidays Interviews will be held at our Kettering Office Part‑time availability (average 1 sleep‑in per week) Important information for applicants: This position is not suitable for anyone seeking sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa or who currently holds such a visa. The salary does not meet the UKVI minimum threshold requirements. We welcome UK residents who do not require sponsorship. *Due to the nature of this service, we require female applicants only.
