Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced ETS Estimator to join our Norwest NSW team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant estimates for residential home builds during the pre‑construction phase. Working closely with sales, drafting, customer service and contracts teams, you’ll ensure pricing reflects design, site conditions, and customer selections, supporting a smooth transition from sale to contract.
