This building company has established its brand across the Sydney Metro for over two decades. They are building an even split of project homes and knock‑down‑rebuild/custom homes. Responsibilities Prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders, and pricing for new home builds. Manage cost variations, upgrades, and client selections across standard designs. Liaise with sales consultants, drafting, and construction to ensure buildability and compliance. Maintain and update pricing databases, supplier rates, and inclusions lists. Interpret plans, site reports, and council/developer guidelines to inform estimates. Manage ETS. Resolve elevated issues and collaborate with the Estimating Manager. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background. Experience pricing and delivering homes. Excellent communication skills. Experience negotiating rates.
