Introduction Come and join our amazing, growing team DS Sports has a Part‑Time OSHC Management opportunity for you in Wooranna Park Primary School - Dandenong. This position will begin January 5th About us DS Sports is a growing name in the Before and After school care industry. We provide a fun and exciting level of care for children in our programs, including vacation care at our five huge hubs. At DS Sports we thrive to be a place where the kids WANT to be, not where they HAVE to be About the role This role is a permanent, five‑day a week position working as the Coordinator of the service. You will receive all the support you need from our amazing leadership team to ensure you have everything to provide amazing care, and loads of fun for the children Some other aspects of the job are: Build a fantastic relationship with your school and partner up with major school events Enjoy loads of creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day Build meaningful relationships with the children and their families Manage and roster your team of passionate educators Creating healthy and exciting food options for the children Meetings with the school business manager/principle alongside our Area/Regional Manager Service times: 2:30pm – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday + Admin Hours (to be discussed) The successful candidate You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and you love inspiring kids to do their best. Confident interpersonal skills, being able to communicate with children, parents and the principle of the school Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude Ability to lead a team of educators in your service Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children You’re full of energy, extremely enthusiastic and love having FUN Qualified or studying toward an ACECQA approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work…) For more information, you can contact us at and visit for further details.
