What Youll Bring to the Table As a proven leader with a passion for advancing infrastructure were looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic collaborative environment. To be successful in this role youll bring : Min. 15 years of experience in engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) with a proven track record in roads and highways projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team. A forward-thinking approach with a passion for sustainable innovative engineering solutions. A deep understanding of the transport sector along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
