Join the team We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, and strategic Buyer for Womens Footwear position to join our Target team and be able to make a difference. What will you do? Build range. Execute end‑to‑end critical path to ensure launch dates are met. Translate customer insights and market trend into architecture and option plan. Establish a clear pricing architecture and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to balance fashion, quality and style to drive transaction growth within agreed option plan. Work collaboratively with the Planner to ensure option framework achieves financial KPI's, brief design team on option framework. Build assortment plans to drive sales and profitability. Work with key external stakeholders locally and internationally to drive market share and deliver a point of difference. Work collaboratively with the Planner to develop department strategy with clear focuses. Own and deliver the product range from its development through to store execution. Identify opportunities and implement actions derived through trade analysis. Partner with the Planner to develop tactics in response to current trading results including managing an accurate reforecast process. Leverage customer insights and data to optimize sales. Maintain proficiency across all Target Merchandise Systems relevant to the role. What are we looking for? The ideal person will have the following knowledge, skills and qualifications: Relevant experience as a buyer in Womens Footwear. Strategic thinking and product range management. Strong analytical and pricing skills. Collaborative mindset working with planners and design teams. Proficiency with Target Merchandise Systems.
