Your Challenge

Designing and implementing a comprehensive and global H&S Strategy for GBO International in alignment with stakeholders. Developing and promoting a proactive H&S Culture within GBO to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees. Leading the development of division-wide H&S standards and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 45001. Acting as the Division Key User for the group-wide H&S reporting system (Sphera), responsible for analyzing H&S performance data and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with Operational Excellence to identify H&S needs on a divisional level and coordinate the implementation of measures to enhance H&S standards at sites. Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of H&S Management Systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement. Staying informed about emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in H&S, incorporating relevant advancements into organizational processes. Leading health & safety communities within the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

Your profile

University degree in quality and/or process management or related field. 3-5 years of professional experience as a quality, health & safety manager. Proficiency in ISO standards. Strong system/process understanding with experience in lateral leadership and an intercultural setting. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and experience in negotiations. Proven project management experience with a solution-oriented and forward-looking approach. Diplomatic yet assertive personality with the ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to travel as required.
