Responsibilities
As a Process and ERP Project Lead (m/f/d), you will be responsible for overseeing the process design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO). You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, ERP systems, project management expertise, and a proven track record of success in managing external partners and consultants. Your Key responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the effective design, monitoring and optimization of business processes in collaboration with all functions Ensure the introduction and implementation of business processes in the new ERP system Roll-out of new ERP according to pre-established plan Conception of a common framework for process design and coordination of cross-departmental collaboration along end-to-end processes Lead and manage the overall ERP project (planning, control and monitoring) in terms of scope, quality, time and budget/resources Coordination of the cross-departmental project team and ensuring the exchange of information within the team Communication to all levels within the company and specifically to the ERP project team, stakeholders and management Early identification of risks and problems as well as initiation of countermeasures or escalation paths Manage external partners, including process & implementation consultants, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures Ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly in regulated areas such as the pharmaceutical or chemical industryRequirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field Several years of experience in the area of business process management and optimization Deep understanding of the various modules of an ERP system and integration (especially value flows) Experience in leading ERP implementation projects Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FO) is required In-depth knowledge of either Finance, Supply Chain or Sales processes within an ERP environment Basic knowledge of process maps, process architecture, process models, process KPIs and process monitoring Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Knowledge of enterprise systems supporting the ERP landscape ( CRM, business intelligence tools, and relevant emerging technologies) and in-depth knowledge of BPM tools and methodsBenefits
