We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing division, driving brand growth and product awareness. This role involves creating a comprehensive marketing vision and assembling a team dedicated to propelling our brands to new heights through innovative strategies. 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • As an integral part of the strategy team, you focus on aligning the company's overarching strategy with innovative marketing efforts

  • You lead the creation and execution of a holistic marketing strategy, emphasizing brand and product marketing, content creation, and multimedia engagement

  • You are a leader, who takes full ownership of the marketing department and its tasks, building and nurturing a marketing team focused on innovation, creativity, and excellence

  • You champion our SaaS MLOps platform, Navio, highlighting its unique value proposition to our target audience

  • You drive content initiatives across various channels, aiming to establish thought leadership and enhance brand visibility

  • You formulate and implement performance marketing strategies to optimize online presence and engagement

  • You spearhead events, community outreach, and offline campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement

  • You develop marketing materials that ensure brand consistency across all channels

  • You collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers and project managers, to gather insights and produce compelling case studies

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • This role demands a strategic thinker and leader, who can seamlessly integrate with our strategy team, driving forward our marketing and business objectives

  • You demonstrated experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the tech or AI sectors

  • You have strong capability in crafting and realizing visionary marketing strategies

  • You have exceptional team-building and management skills

  • You bring in proficiency in leveraging multimedia content to engage audiences across various platforms

  • You are adept at analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly

  • You have very good German and English language proficiency
