Für unser globales CIO Office sind wir auf der Suche nach einem engagierten IT Consultant im Bereich Funding and Contracting. Das CIO Office ist an der Schnittstelle zwischen dem IT Management und den unterschiedlichen IT Abteilungen wirksam und verantwortet dabei Themen wie IT Vendor-, Projekt-, Vertrags- oder auch Lizenzmanagement. Als Teil des CIO Office Teams bietest du Services zu IT Management Themen an und entwickelst diese gemeinsam im Team stetig weiter.

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:
Als IT Consultant in diesem Bereich nimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Ergänzung des Fundings von innovativen Technologie-Projekten durch private oder öffentliche Fördermittel ein. Du identifizierst und analysierst Fördermöglichkeiten im Technologie-Bereich und unterstützt bei der Erstellung und dem Management von Förderanträgen. Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit den Förderinstitutionen und sorgst für Transparenz und effektive Kommunikation. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du mit unseren Projektteams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Voraussetzungen für die Förderungen erfüllt sind. Dadurch trägst du dazu bei, unsere innovativen Technologieprojekte voranzutreiben und schaffst auf diese Weise in unserer IT-Organisation zusätzlichen Mehrwert.
Das CIO-Office unterstützt verantwortliche Vendor Manager bei ihren lieferantenbezogenen Entscheidungen in Projekten und allen damit verbundenen kommerziellen und rechtlich relevanten Punkten, wie ützt du auch bei Verhandlungen und ermöglichst so den verantwortlichen IT Managern, das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erreichen. Deine Erfahrungen aus dem Kontakt mit den IT Vendor Managern kannst du dabei nutzen, um den Reifegrad des IT Vendor Managements kontinuierlich zu erhöhen.
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches, wirtschaftliches oder rechtliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Interesse, sich im IT Bereich einzuarbeiten Erste Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld (in den Bereichen IT, Einkauf oder Recht) und im Bereich Förderwesen Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Interesse für das Thema Finanzierung von Technologieprojekten und dem Aufbau entsprechender Services Erste Erfahrung in Verhandlungsprozessen sowie hohe Affinität zu vertragsrechtlichen Aspekten Starkes Interesse zur Schaffung von Akzeptanz bei IT Management-Prozessen und -Services Proaktives und eigenverantwortliches Handeln innerhalb einer Organisation mit informeller Kultur Kommunikationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick, starker Lösungsorientierung und Gespür für die unterschiedlichen Interessen von Stakeholdern Reisebereitschaft 0-10% DAS TEAM
