Global Product Manager Valves

Join our dynamic team as a Global Product Manager – Valves and lead the development, innovation, and market success of cutting-edge valve products on a global scale
Additionally, you act as Product Manager for plant Vienna and Europe.
Your key responsibilities
Identify market trends, customer needs and potential gaps in the product portfolio Generate and lead innovative product ideas from concept to release Develop and manage product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle roadmaps Support sales with quotation tools, product manuals, product certifications, training, customer engagement and presentations at conferences Provide content to marketing for development of marketing literature and campaigns Define and enforce global product standards and manage regional deviations Ensure product-related data quality in SAP Oversee production aspects like contribution margin, production costs, lead times, quality and supplier development and drive initiates to improve Monitor product performance and troubleshoot issues, suggesting improvements Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Management, or Manufacturing Engineering 5+ years of experience in compressor component engineering, development, or product management Proven experience managing international projects and cross-functional teams Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams effectively Willingness to travel internationally as needed for business requirements
