Responsibilities:
- Take charge of staff well-being, help organize meetings and workshops to keep everyone inspired
- Dive into payroll with enthusiasm while offering essential support to our line managers on matters concerning labor law / Hospitality CLA regulations, permits, and all things related to our team members' needs

- Be part of exciting People & Culture projects from our Dutch Headquarter
- Collaborate with our recruiter & hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new team members
- Provide support to line managers and team members on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices
- Let's celebrate From birthdays to work anniversaries, you'll be the party planner extraordinaire, making sure every milestone is a blast
- Experience in Austrian payroll & labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to bring innovative and surprising approaches to People & Culture practices
