Wir, das Team Vertrieb Digital, sind für die digitale User Journey verantwortlich - angefangen vom Online-Marketing über die Website-Gestaltung bis zum digitalen Kaufprozess. Der Vertrieb Digital ermöglicht insbesondere den digitalen Abschluss von Bankprodukten für bestehende und neue Kund:innen der Erste Bank und Sparkassen.

Deine Tasks

Du hast Spaß an der Gestaltung von hervorragenden, kunden-zentrierten UX-Journeys Du analysierst unsere Digital Sales Journeys und deckst Verbesserungspotenziale auf Du entwirfst Journeys, die auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen optimal eingehen und entwickelst Designs und Prototypen in Zusammenarbeit mit UX-Designer:innen Du treibst das Thema Conversion und dessen Steigerung durch UX-Optimierungen voran Du arbeitest datengetrieben und lieferst messbare Ergebnisse Du wendest state-of-the-art UX-Methoden an, bringst UX-Insights und innovative Ansätze ein Du arbeitest sehr vernetzt – ob mit teaminternen Kolleg:innen des Vertrieb Digitals und des Business Development oder externen Dienstleister:innen

Dein Background

Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Digitale Medien, Digital Marketing, UX / UI Design, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von digitalen UX-Projekten (UX-Analyse & -Design von Customer Journeys, Testen & Implementieren) Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung und ein Track Record in Growth Marketing und Conversion Rate Optimierung Umfassende Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie Tools zur Analyse und Design von UX-Journeys (wie Journey Mapping, A/B Testing, Rapid Prototyping, Figma, etc.)

Unser Angebot

Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem interessanten Bereich und einem dynamischen Umfeld Entdecke die zusätzlichen der Erste Bank Das Mindestentgelt für diese Vollzeitposition (38,5h) nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag beträgt 48.323,-- Euro brutto pro Jahr bei vollständiger Erfüllung des Funktionsprofils.
