Job Description:

 Der „Project Engineer Controls and Automation“ ist Teil des Ingenieurteams am Standort und verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Projekten in den Bereichen Steuerung und Fabrik-IT sowie für Wartungsinitiativen von Fabrik-IT-Systemen. Diese Position unterstützt den Übergang des Standorts zu einer „digitalen Fabrik“ als Teil der europäischen Smart Factory Initiative.

Die Position hat flexible Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen der Gleitzeit und nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten einmal die Woche Homeoffice.

Dein Profil

Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik/Automatisierung/IT/Mechatronik

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Engineering (Steuerungen oder Fabrik-IT)

Ausgeprägte technische Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik und im Produktionsprozess

Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung, Verständnis des Datenaustauschs zwischen Systemen, Kenntnis der Komponenten von Fertigungssystemen

Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Interaktion mit verschiedenen Funktionsgruppen

Deine Aufgaben

Der Project Engineer Controls & Automation stellt die Verfügbarkeit digitaler Systeme durch die ausgezeichnete Durchführung von Projekten sicher. Die Aufgabe umfasst Projekte in den Bereichen HMI-Visualisierung, SPS-Systeme sowie Datenbankentwicklungen und beinhaltet die folgenden Tätigkeiten.

Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Smart-Factory-Strategie in einen Projektausführungsplan für den Standort einschließlich Kostenkontrolle

Erstellung von Datensystemen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdunternehmen

Entwicklung von lokalen Engineering-Standards in der Steuerungstechnik

Exzellente Ausführung

Projektmanagement- Verantwortlichkeiten in Übereinstimmung mit den Mars Projektmanagement-Standards

Analyse von Daten und Einrichtung von Schnittstellen zwischen verschiedenen Werksdatenbanken

Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von lokalen Leistungsdatenerfassungssystemen/ digitalem FMOS

Koordinierung von Erweiterungsmaßnahmen in unserer digitalen Infrastruktur (. WIFI)

Installation neuer Lösungen im Bereich der Steuerung und Automatisierung

Ansprechpartner

Im Austausch mit regionalen Teams/Engineering-Experten/Smart Factory Team

Kundenorientierte Durchführung von Projekten

Teamarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Lieferanten

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Instandhaltungsteam vor Ort im Falle von Störungen
