What's the Role About?
- Collaborating with your team, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our state-of-the-art Modern Data Warehouse environment.
- As a data engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming data from various systems into actionable insights for our departments.
- You will design and maintain ETL & ELT processes, integrating our source systems with the Data Warehouse.
- Working closely with our business units, you will assist users with data analysis and report generation.
- You will actively contribute to project initiatives.
What Qualifications Are We Seeking?
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like C#, Python, or Scala.
- Preferably, a background in infrastructure, particularly in Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Modern Data Warehouse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Server).
- Experience with reporting tools, with preference given to PowerBI proficiency.
- Keen interest in emerging Data Warehouse technologies.
- Ideally, a degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, or relevant IT training.
- Fluency in both German and English for effective communication.
