Aufgaben

Vorbereitung, Zusammenstellung und Analyse von Finanzdaten: Überprüfung von Ist-Zahlen, Planung und Prognosen wie Ad-hoc-Analysen, Auswertungen, sowie Präsentationen für die Entscheidungsträger*innen Analyse der Geschäftsfaktoren zur Ermittlung von Chancen und Risiken zur nachhaltigen Wertschöpfung einschließlich der Verantwortung für die Empfehlung und Einleitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Steuerung der Planungsprozesse zur kurz & mittelfristigen Budget- und Ressourcenplanung Bewertung der strategischen Prioritäten im Finanzbereich Identifizierung von Effizienzsteigerungen und Optimierung von Prozessen Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen und Reportings sowie Umsetzung der Kontrollrichtlinien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der DACH Region und anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der finanziellen Integrität Ansprechpartner für andere Abteilungen zu Controlling und Finanzthemen Leitung oder Unterstützung internationaler Projekte

Qualifikationen

HAK und/oder BWL-Studium (Universität, FH) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise im FMCG Sektor Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Finanzanalyse und -kontrolle Unternehmerische Denkweise mit ausgeprägtem Geschäftssinn und dem Wunsch, Prozesse voranzutreiben Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, Genauigkeit und ergebnisorientiertes Vorgehen Anwendererfahrung mit SAP und Power BI Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
