Für die Division Metals Processing suchen wir am Standort in Wien eine/n Commerical Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Kommerzielle Vertriebsleitung und Vertragsmanagement (Identifikation von Vertragsrisiken, Vertragsverhandlungen) von Projekten der Division Claim Management (kaufmännisches Vertragsmanagement, aktives Claim Management) Kaufmännische Unterstützung in der Abwicklung von Gesamtaufträgen im Geschäftsbereich (Vertragsinterpretation, Reporting) Ansprechperson bei rechtlichen und kaufmännischen Fragestellungen in der Vertriebs- und Abwicklungsphase

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit juristisch-kaufmännischem oder technisch-kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt (BWL, Wirtschaft-Recht, Maschinenbau-Wirtschaft) Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (Anlagenbau, internationales Projektgeschäft) Erfahrung mit Vertragsanalyse und Vertragsmanagement  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Internationale Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke, Verhandlungs- und Argumentationsgeschick, Professionelles Auftreten, Teamgeist

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € ,84/Monat anzuführen.
