Unser Angebot umfasst mehr als eine halbe Million Artikel von mehr als 2.500 Herstellern.
An unserer österreichischen Niederlassung Standort Gmünd im Bereich Customer Service Center DACH suchen wir ab sofort vertriebsorientierte und kommunikative Büroangestellte(r) im Kundendienst
Es handelt sich um einen befristeten Vertrag bis Ende Dezember 2021.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Gewährleistung der optimalen Kundenbetreuung betreffend Auftragsbearbeitung sowie Reklamationsverarbeitung
Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in Bezug auf unsere RS-Website
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen
Nutzung aller Kommunikationskanäle wie Telefon, Chat und E-Mail.
Was Sie mitbringen
verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HAK, HLW oder Ähnliches)
Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil
arbeiten selbstständig, genau und umsichtig
zeichnen Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
sind ein Teamplayer
besitzen exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten
sind flexibel und können auch in Stresssituationen die Ruhe bewahren.
haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
