Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a motivated HR Support Student (part- or full-time) to join our team. As a student in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our HR Information Systems and processes for 4 months. In detail you will be working closely with our Director HR Performance & Systems on tasks such as:

Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Center of Competence for HR Systems and Reporting Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data Assist in generating HR reports and analytics Participate in HR data entry and data maintenance tasks Collaborate with other HR team members to improve HRIS processes and workflows Assist in developing and updating HR training materials and documentation Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, preferably in HR, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field Basic understanding of HR processes and systems Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively Proactive and eager to learn Fluency in English, good German skills as a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience. The position is limited for 4 months with the option of permanent employment.
