Tset is an innovative company at the intersection of the highly competitive automotive industry and modern software development. Our applications focus on improving cost and carbon dioxide efficiency for the manufacturing and automotive industry. What to expect from this role:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase client acquisition and market penetration;

  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to promote Tset USP;

  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to determine better performance;

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize lead generation and conversion processes;

  • Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations to build brand awareness;

  • Lead and build up marketing and inside sales teams;

  • Develop growth metrics to measure the effectiveness of the growth strategies.



What you should bring:

  • University degree in business, technology or similar;

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing in a b2b SaaS or top-tier consulting company on a similar role with an affinity towards the manufacturing industry;

  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, expanding market presence, and generating leads;

  • Experience in leading and growing the team;

  • Business savviness and entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude;

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;

  • Being based in Vienna;

  • Fluency in English, and German is a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 61,000 gross per year for the above-mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
