Job descriptionIn your new role you will:Develop new automotive MOSFET technology platformsFind and develop innovative concepts and approaches for new automotive MOSFET technology platformsEnsure that new technologies are optimized with respect to manufacturability and production costsWork effectively across functions in project teamsCommunicate results effectively to stakeholdersOptimize device geometry and process flow to meet application and product requirements with the aid of:TCAD simulationPlanning and analysis of experimentsMeasurement and assessment of electrical resultsStatistical analysis of test dataYour profileYou are best equipped for this job if you have:A PhD in Physics, Electronic Engineering or a closely related disciplineDeep understanding of semiconductor device physics and electrical operation of MOSFETsExperience with power MOSFETsKnowledge of TCAD device and process simulationThe ability to work independently to achieve agreed goals and to work effectively in large project teamsExcellent English skills, German as a plusWe offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
