Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreicher, internationaler Konzern im Markensegment der Gebrauchs- bzw. Die internationale Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Logistik-Strategie des Konzerns ist ein erfolgreiches Investment in die hohe Kundenzufriedenheit der Kunden aus mehr als 30 Länder europaweit. Aufgrund der erfolgreichen Unternehmensentwicklung und des stetigen Unternehmenswachstums wird ab sofort das Headquarter in Kärnten durch eine Schlüsselfunktion in Teilzeit verstärkt (kein Remotejob/Anwesenheit vor Ort in Kärnten mehrtägig/Woche).
Als Director Marketing & PR verantworten Sie die gesamte Markenkommunikation und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Unternehmens. Leitung eines interdisziplinären Teams aus Marketing-, PR- und Event-Spezialist:innen
Verantwortung für das Marketing- und Kommunikationsbudget sowie Erfolgsmessung über KPIs
Marketing & Brand Management:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und Vertrieb zur Unterstützung von Markteinführungen
Einschlägige Ausbildung (FH/UNI oder vergleichbar) mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing
Mehrjährige, einschlägige und referenzierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Aufgabe in leitender Funktion (internationales Marketing bevorzugt)
Sie besitzen ein gutes Netzwerk im Bereich Marketing, wie z. B. mit Agenturen.
Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ausgezeichnet.
Sie besitzen Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketing-Tools, u.a. CMS-Systemen, Digital-Asset-Management-Plattformen, MKT-Automation, Media-Planning-Tools.
Sie haben gute Kenntnisse aller Marketing-relevanten rechtlichen Aspekten, insbesondere Data Privacy.
Teilzeit-Herausforderung auf Basis von 20-25 h/Woche.
Dienstwagen auch zur privaten Nutzung.
