The position
We are seeking for a Regional Marketing Manager (Mental Health/) (f/m/d) with a proven experience in a mental health /psychiatry therapeutic area, to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Marketing Manager for the mental health innovative portfolio, you will play a critical role in transforming the mental health treatment landscape and making a difference in lives of patients with complex mental health conditions.
Tasks & responsibilities- Accountable for preparation and initial launch and subsequent success of the mental health innovative pipeline across the region
- Drive development and implementation of the strategic launch plans in a cross-functional team setting.
- Plan, oversee, and directly execute the core brand strategy and tactics across the region
- Work in close collaboration within the regional therapeutic area core team as well as with the local therapeutic area teams
Requirements
- Health Sciences Master’s or PhD degree; Psychiatry specialisation is an asset
- Psychiatry therapeutic area experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is an asset
- Having CEE Experience is an asset
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop long-term plans and anticipate market trends
- Strong leadership skills in a matrix and cross-functional setting
- Profound knowledge in data analysis and utilization of market insights in decision making
- Business Proficiency in English
- Flexible working time models/home office depending on the position

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 85.000 gross annual salary (full time).
