Field Marketing Specialist Dach

**Job description**:
As Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the demand generation in the DACH sales territory. You will develop the local marketing strategy aligned with regional sales strategies and the global marketing positioning.

You will work closely with local sales teams in the DACH region and with business development representatives to generate, track and qualify leads, craft detailed Account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and maximize event ROI for significant business impact.

You will work closely with the global marketing team (Content & Creativity Hub, Communication and Digital Tools), by playing a connective role with the local sales team to help drive prospects through every stage of the funnel to generate pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with the local sales team and according to company marketing strategies;
- Manage the regional demand generation by implementing Account Based Marketing activities in collaboration with the regional business development representative, defining marketing content
- Manage regional Kpi’s and reporting of all marketingactivities;
- Define, track and analyze regional online campaigns and events with the aim to support the pipeline growth
- Tailor customer success stories to support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, keynotes and demand generation strategies.

**More about you**:

- You need to speak German (mother tounge) and English (fluent);
- You are able to not only work locally, but also collaborate with international colleagues;
- You have a business oriented approach;
- You have strong team player attitude;
- You have very good presentation skills.
- + 5 years of experience in field marketing, better in B2B companies
- You bring experience in ABM and data-driven marketing
