Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - DACH HPE Aruba

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

On a typical day as a** Field Marketing Manager DACH**, you would
- You will work with sales leaders and channel marketing to align marketing investments with Aruba’s business priorities in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
- You’ll implement and activate focused initiatives, working closely with sales into key accounts within the region.
- You’ll own BU Marketing Plan & Budget in DACH region including prioritization of spend per segment and campaign.
- Support X-BU initiatives in the region with other HPE marketing groups.
- Manage marketing’s pipeline contribution across all campaigns, with an emphasis on ROI.
- You’ll work with the Global & EMEA Programs team on Digital Execution.
- You will own the execution of BU end-user initiatives in the region, such as demand generation, physical & digital events, and corporate communications, including supporting customer case studies.
- You will develop an ABX marketing segmentation and execute highly targeted campaigns.

**About You**
- Typically, 7 years of experience in B2B Marketing field, preferably in IT industry or Technology in general.
- Holding an advanced university degree
- You have strong experience in a field marketing role working across sales and marketing teams
- You have a can-do attitude with examples of projects that have delivered an impact
- You’ve managed virtual teams with direct reports being a plus.
- You are great at building relationships and working collaboratively with others
- You have an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to convey messages clearly (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
- You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics with an emphasis on Marketing/ Sales
- You show proficiency in German & English
