**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives
- Foster collaboration between the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to all marketing initiatives (including developer relations, sales and product development)
- Support the VP role in ensuring resources are used as effectively as possible.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, online events, and regular content production.
- Monitor the community activities of WeAreDevelopers across channels and platforms.

**Requirements**:
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally including experience in leading small teams.
- A thorough understanding of multiple marketing disciplines, including experience in project management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to confidently communicate in both German (native) and fluent English.
- An adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to effectively respond to changes in the market.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in social media management tools

\_The gross salary for this full-time position starts from 42,000 euros per year. Overpayment is possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
