Global Marketing Manager

We are seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Global Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team at svarmony’s headquarter in Vienna, Austria, to push our global marketing efforts for one of our strategic business units in the field of Augmented Reality solutions.

**Your skills**:

- 5 years of professional experience, (3 years of continuous employment) as a Marketing Manager.
- Completed studies with a focus on Marketing & Communication.
- Extensive experience in International Marketing with enthusiasm for Disruptive Marketing and the ability to translate this into a clear strategy.
- Online marketing experience (campaigns, Google Ads) and active campaign development.
- KPIs in online marketing.
- Extensive professional experience in B2B Marketing.
- Interest in new technologies and the willingness to deal with them.
- Leadership/ Teamlead experience.
- Combination of creativity, proactive work, analytical skills, but also hands-on mentality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English (working with cross-cultural teams).

**Your tasks**:

- Strong organizational skills and, above all, a technical understanding.
- You are responsible for market intelligence: you monitor market size and growth rates.
- You enjoy identifying the latest market and technology trends and their strategic implications for (potential) customer acquisition.
- Close cooperation with the business development and project management team.
- You evaluate customer needs and derive strategic and operational measures.
- You plan and carry out internal and external communication (e.g. internet, intranet, social media, trade fairs, etc.).
- You are the driver for building new customer relationships in an international field.
