Our client, a leading civil contractor in the Australian mining sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join their expanding HR team.

Specializing in rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance, they are experiencing strong growth and need a passionate recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment for both blue and white-collar technical roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and mobilising blue and white-collar roles for various mining projects.
  • Ensuring candidate compliance or willingness to meet required qualifications.
  • Coordinating site inductions with operators like FMG, RIO, and others.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Hiring Managers to understand their needs.
  • Providing timely updates to managers and liaising with agencies.
  • Supporting mobilisation during peak periods or staff absences.

This full-time, office-based position is located in West Perth, with immediate permanency available. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a recruiter with:

  • Proven experience in a similar recruitment role, ideally within the civil or mining sectors.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude and a passion for recruitment.
