Dein Rampenlicht
  • Führung der Abteilung Communications
  • Verantwortung der W.E.B-Kommunikationsstrategie
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer klaren Markenstrategie und -positionierung
  • Public Affairs (über-) regional
  • Eventmanagement
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Strukturierter Austausch und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen des Headquarters sowie nationalen und internationalen Tochterunternehmen
  • Führung externer Partner/Agenturen
Deine Skills
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medien, Marketing oder umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in der Kommunikationsbranche
  • Führungserfahrung mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und der Fähigkeit, das Team zu motivieren und Aufgaben effizient zu delegieren
  • Ausgeprägtes politisches Verständnis auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Strategisches Denken mit hoher Lösungskompetenz, auch in komplexen Situationen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Kreativität und Innovationsgeist - "Out-of-the-box"-Ansatz
