Join the passionate team at S Tackle Australia as our National Sales Allrounder. In this full-time role based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, you will play a vital part in driving sales and revenue for our leading fishing tackle company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow relationships with our national network of retailers and distributors
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market share
  3. Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  4. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales campaigns
  6. Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance
  7. Identify new business opportunities and lead the pitch process

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably within the fishing tackle industry
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive strategic decision-making
  5. Highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Passion for the sporting goods industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
