Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung langfristiger Finanzstrategien sowie Planung und Steuerung von Budgets und Forecasts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Einheiten
  • Sicherstellung einer stabilen finanziellen Basis durch effektives Cashflow-Management und präzise Liquiditätsplanung
  • Überwachung und Verantwortung der operativen Buchhaltung, inkl. der korrekten Rechnungslegung nach nationalen und internationalen Standards
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Abwicklung von Intercompany-Transaktionen und -Verrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und anderen Entscheidungsträger:innen, um fundierte, datengestützte Entscheidungen auf Basis solider Finanzkennzahlen zu treffen
Qualifikation
  • 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in Finance/Controlling/Steuerberatung/Buchhaltung o.Ä.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu analysieren und daraus strategische Empfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Bereitschaft, sowohl operative als auch strategische Aufgaben zu übernehmen
